JALEPENO PICKLED GARLIC
This crunchy pickled garlic is not too hot, but Just right when it comes to the true flavor of Pickled garlic. Add it to your favorite spicy foods And you've just come up with another winning recipe. Who can argue that we think these are the perfect Companion to a salsa, dip or salad. We think these are what pickled garlic should be.

SPICY HERB PICKLED GARLIC
If you like garlic, like pickles and a nice crunch with it, go with this one! Here's red pepper brine (medium heat) with crispy crunchy cloves of Gilroy garlic. Slice or chop them up and add them around in your salads and spreads. Dips can really use this too! We use these sliced in sautéed mushrooms for a really sharp topping on our steaks. Add the extra dimension that makes good cooks great! When everyone asks for the recipe, you don't have to tell them that we suggested this in the blend. Just take credit, a bow and a thank you will do.

SWEET & SPICY PICKLED GARLIC
Sweet pickled crisp garlic in a tangy spice brine. These folks really know how to do this one right! The sweet is balanced with spices to compliment the ever-important crunchy garlic cloves. Potato salad really takes on a life of it's own with this addition. Help yourself to a few out of the jar when no one's looking. If you're spotted, share a few and hide the rest well. Be assured they will come looking for them.

TERIYAKI PICKLED GARLIC
Mild teriyaki marinated garlic cloves. We searched for a better way to taste pickled garlic and found this one is excellent. We have to curtail our indulgence when we open one up, just so we have some to add to mushrooms sautéed or our pasta salad. We eat well because of the many ways we treat our garlic.
